How to Submit Your Coins

THE BEST WAY TO SUBMIT YOUR COINS TO PCGS FOR EVALUATION IS THROUGH A PCGS AUTHORIZED DEALER.

Submit Coins to the PCGS Grading Center in Paris Through an Authorized Dealer

The best way for collectors within the EU to submit their coins is through a PCGS Authorized Dealer. PCGS Authorized Dealers can submit coins directly to the Paris office, so customs hassles and transatlantic shipping are avoided.

All submissions from PCGS Authorized Dealers located within the EU must be made to the PCGS office in Paris. Only submissions from dealers with EU addresses will be accepted. Submissions from countries outside the EU must be made to the PCGS headquarters in California, U.S.A.

PCGS Authorized Dealers

Effective November 15, 2011, All non-U.S. (World) coins minted before 1955 must be submitted through our Secure Plus Service except for U.S. and World bullion valued less than 3000 Euros and Modern coins valued less than 100 Euros.

At the Paris office, Grading, Regrading and Crossover submissions will be accepted. See the Services page for our list of services and pricing information.

Submit Directly to PCGS in the U.S.A.

If there is no PCGS Authorized Dealer near you, you can join the PCGS Collectors Club. Collectors Club members receive direct submission privileges among many other benefits.

Remember, only submissions through PCGS Authorized Dealers will be accepted at the PCGS Paris office – all others must be made to the PCGS headquarters in California, U.S.A.

  1. Join the Collectors Club
  2. Fill out a standard World Coin submission form: Print and complete, or complete online
  3. Package your coins with your completed submission form. Packing instructions
  4. Mail your submission to PCGS Mailing instructions
  5. Track your submission.

Additional taxes and duties may apply. Be sure to check with a local broker before sending your customs documents to avoid additional taxation on return shipments.
